Membership

Membership of the Society is open to persons of all Nations, who are interested in ecology.

Annual Subscription
The annual membership subscription is Rs. 500 for Residents in India and SAARC countries, U.S. $ 30 for Residents in other developing countries, and U.S. $ 60 for Residents in developed countries.  New members pay an admission fee of Rs. 50 or U.S. $ 3, as applicable. Members are entitled to receive society journal Tropical Ecology en gratis, to attend symposia and meeting, to vote in the election of the Executive Committee and be eligible for election to the Executive Committee. Life Membership
Life membership is Rs. 5000 for members resident in India and SAARC countries (Rs. 1000 discount admissible for members having 5 years standing), U.S. $ 300 for residents in other developing countries, and U.S. $ 600 for residents in developed countries (U.S. $ 50 discount admissible for members having 5 years standing).
